Co-lead Pomona College’s Day of Giving and other annual fundraising campaigns, driving donor participation and multi-channel engagement- Manage reunion fundraising for the 5th, 10th, and 15th reunion classes, partnering with alumni volunteers to increase participation and giving- Direct the Student Calling Program (Star47), overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management for a team of 10–15 student callers- Lead the Senior Class Gift and Student Philanthropy Program, building early philanthropic engagement and strengthening the student-to-alumni giving pipeline- Partner with Advancement colleagues to design integrated, data-informed fundraising campaigns across email, social media, and peer-to-peer channels- Analyze donor data and segmentation to guide outreach strategies and increase participation among young alumni donors- Collaborate with Advancement Communications to develop donor storytelling and digital engagement content that supports campaign goals- Contribute to strategic planning and cross-campus initiatives aligned with Pomona College’s long-term fundraising priorities.
