   Board Member & Events Committee MemberThe Payton Alumni Community & Endowment, founded in 2007, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the students, faculty, and alumni of Walter Payton College Preparatory High School in Chicago, Ill. Our volunteer board manages an endowment used to supplement academic and extracurricular programming, student scholarships for study abroad and internships, and networking events, such as class reunions. Our board is made up of current and former students, as well as parents of current and former students. We oversee alumni relations, communications, events, and investments. A principal goal is to unite the Payton community to support one another in academic and professional ways. From career panel discussions to job and internship posting to informational interviews, the larger our community grows, the more opportunities we can facilitate.
