About Elizabeth Yeager
I\'m a Philadelphia-based biotech professional with several years of experience in cell therapies, cell banking, and viral vector manufacturing. I primarily work in upstream and fill/finish operations but I do have training in downstream operations as well. My experience is in culturing, harvesting, and cryopreserving T cells, B cells, NK cells, CHO and HEK cells.Outside of the lab, I have worked on deviations, investigations, SMART CAPAs, and process improvements with other teams such as Quality, MSAT, PD, and EM. I have used both Veeva and MasterControl with experience in paper and electronic-based batch records (MES).Currently I work as a Manufacturing Supervisor at MADE Scientific and have previously worked for Resilience and Wuxi Advanced Therapies.
