   As an Enterprise Client Success Manager in Educational Accounts, my primary function is to provide the top tier services to my clients service providers, and students. Current clients include some of the nations largest school districts and impacted providers encompass ~ 50 related service providers (e.g. school psychologists, speech language pathologists). I currently manage +$4 million dollars in contract value and have expanded my clients services by over 50% in my tenure. Duties include onboarding & managing the customer lifecycle, ensuring client and employee satisfaction, developing training materials, analyzing data, and most importantly - building long-lasting relationships with amazing individuals who help provide therapeutic services for students.
