Create and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors, alumni, corporations, foundations, and government entities. Develop and manage a pipeline of major gift prospects, including alumni, philanthropists, and community leaders. Oversee all fundraising campaigns, including capital campaigns, annual giving, planned giving, and online fundraising initiatives. Identify funding priorities and ensure alignment with donor interests. Manage and oversee the funding and awarding of student scholarships to help achieve student success. Manage the Foundation\'s Board of Directors, including recruitment, orientation, and onboarding.
