Whether it’s refining how we define “Hire Smart,” enhancing candidate touchpoints, or increasing our presence on campuses nationwide, I aim to create experiences that feel purposeful, human, and aligned with who we are as a company.A little more about my experience:I graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) with a B.S. in Applied Communication Studies, focusing on public relations and supported by a creative writing minor. My college years shaped my foundation in communication, leadership, and storytelling—skills I use every day in recruitment.Some highlights include leading SIUE’s Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) as president and serving on the editorial and design team for River Bluff Review, where I gained hands-on experience with copy editing, website creation and collaborative creative work.I also held communication-focused internships with Hauser Group PR and IllinoiSouth Tourism, and worked nearly four years as a special education teacher’s assistant—an experience that strengthened my empathy, patience, and ability to meet people where they are.That’s the quick version.
