   Manages all phases of construction projects including preconstruction, schedule, constructability, owner contracts, subcontracts, construction phase and through closeout/warranty. • Coordinates the project estimate, schedule and manages all contract documents. • Directly responsible for budgets and adjustments, cost update, computer scheduling, submittals, change orders, requests for information, subcontract management, purchase orders, progress meetings, job site visits, and correspondence with professionals and owners.• Projects include many contracting methods ranging from Design Build, C-MAR, GMP, Design Assist, State Contracts • Manages a team of superintendents, assistant project managers, project engineers and administrative staff in the successful completion of multiple projects. • Projects include: Multiple Healthcare, schools and commercial projects. Most of my recent experience is Healthcare including, 2 - New MRI\'s; 2 - Linear Exceclirators replacement; Medical office building with parking garage; CATH Lab replacement; Hybrid OR; Urology OR; Medical office space - cardiac rehab; New Cancer Center CT; Multiple MEP upgrades in active hospitals; Phased remodel of other active areas including Ultrasound, Cancer Center, ER entrance etc.
