I am located in Kannapolis, NC, and have 16 years’ experience in clinical research, mainly served in clinical management of global studies. This experience includes ten years with PPD starting as a Project Assistant and progressing through to an advanced level CRA. I briefly served as a Senior CRA at another CRO obtaining lead experience through vendor management and managing 8-9 CRAs on three Phase Global Oncology trials; one which was an oncology device trial. As I returned to PPD in a Clinical Management role, I was responsible for the clinical deliverables as well as for leading 3 teams of CRAs over 3 projects. I played a critical role in clinical team effectiveness by creating monitoring plans for Phase I projects, and ensuring the projects had clinical needs met for activation. Highly experienced in reviewing trip reports and providing general management of the clinical project. I ensure that project deliverables are in accordance with the contractual scope of work and in compliance with the agreed upon time, quality and cost parameters. Transitioning over to a Biotech company in Durham, NC, I have been able to program lead various projects in our pipeline. Managing a small team through various milestones as we bring regenerative treatment to improve the lives of patients and transform the practice of medicine. Relevant Experience:An extensive background featuring experience in IBS-d, GERD, Crohn’s Disease, Diabetes Mellitus Type 1, Women’s Health of Postmenopausal hot-flushes, Coagulation defects, H1N1, HPV, RSV, HIV/HBV Infection, Allograft ACL Reconstruction, Multiple Sclerosis, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Myelofibrosis, Glioblastoma (Device), Liver Transplant, and Renal Transplant. My experience with these indications results in a solid understanding of numerous body systems and the requirements that go with various study requirements. I\'ve had success managing the unique challenges of cohort enrollment, assessing and troubleshooting low performing recruitment sites, and timely collection of data for safety review transfers /analysis deadlines. Additionally, I understand the importance of vendor management and offers experience as acting as the primary vendor liaison between client and site staff.
