About Elizabeth Stout
I am a recent graduate from Rutgers University, as a communication major, who hopes to find a career in a public relations firm in NY. After working at Plitzs Fashion Marketing and being promoted to Assistant manager of public relations and digital media marketing, I have shifted my focus to public relations and marketing in the fashion/beauty industry. I excel when managing and working in collaborative groups to create a marketing plan. New York is my favorite place in the world and it has been my dream to work there. I currently live in New Jersey and always love taking trips to NYC. I knew I’d choose a career in the fashion industry, as I’ve always had a passion for fashion and now an interest in PR. During my time with Plitzs Fashion Marketing, I gained leadership skills in managing a team of 10 interns and learned how to successfully promote, prepare, and produce a fashion show at New York Fashion Week. My education at Rutgers University has taught me how to communicate to an audience effectively and to make a marketing plan.
