ABOUT ELIZABETH STIDDARD
As an accomplished Associate Chartered Legal Executive specialising in contentious trusts and probate, my passion lies in navigating complex cases, with a focus on trustee/ executor disputes, proprietary estoppel, will challenges, inheritance act claims, and TOLATA claims. I approach each case strategically, identifying my clients’ motivations, assessing the quantum and merits of their claims, and working closely with them to reach the outcomes they deserve. Beyond my casework, I take pride in serving as a mentor for trainees and aspiring lawyers.
