During my tenure, I and my team have contributed to the following initiatives: • Leading the Cerner Financial Millennium financial suite technical conversion for USA Health Providence Hospital. • Acting as one of two executive sponsors for a suite of 13 optimization projects in preparation for the USA Health Providence Hospital system conversion. • Implemented the E-Payment suite through Cerner Financials. • Was a member of the leadership committee for the implementation of the Strata/Jazz suite of products for decision support, budget and cost. • Key stakeholder in the establishment of an Oncology Business Office as well as leading the technical implementation of the Unlimited System Patient Accounting Platform. • Led a team that implemented the technical platforms for the Experian Health suite of products for eligibility, coverage discovery, authorization and estimation. • Led a team that established the technical development of 12 Provider Based Billing clinics. • One of the key stakeholders responsible for a 34% improvement in the claim validation rate over a 4 year period. • Led a team that completed the technical implementation of the Cerner Contract Management Module (CCM)
