As the Global Director of Retail Design and Merchandising at Trek Bicycle, I lead a team of talented architectural and graphic designers, project managers, and visual merchandisers who create and execute innovative retail concepts for Trek\'s global network of dealers and owned stores. I have over 10 years of experience in the retail design industry, working with Trek since 2018 in various roles such as Director of Retail Implementation and Design, and Global Director of Retail Design. I have a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. I also have a certification in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. My skills include strategy implementation, business initiatives, business innovation, creative design, and leadership. I apply these skills to deliver exceptional retail experiences that align with Trek\'s mission, vision, and values. I am passionate about creating spaces that inspire and empower people to explore the world on two wheels, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.
