ABOUT ELIZABETH SHERR
I\'m marine scientist (M.S. Marine Environment Resources), activist, and communicator with 5+ years experience in nonprofits and professional marketing. I use my passion in communication and education to create social media content on Tik Tok, Instagram and YouTube that scales ocean literacy, action and impact. My aim is to connect people to the ocean by sharing the science of our shared blue planet, encouraging local actions such as beach cleanups, and simplifying ocean-climate news. In the field, you can find me conducting interviews at conferences or supporting research projects with campaigns and storytelling. I\'m eager to create new collaborations with people, projects and companies working on innovative approaches towards a sustainable future!
