ABOUT ELIZABETH ROSSIAKY
Values in my personal and professional life include integrity, courtesy, family/team, laughter, and adventure. I strongly believe in treating others with respect and dignity at all times to create a comfortable and fun environment for all to thrive. As a manager of clinical staff, I use my values to guide clinical and administrative decisions to best support the staff and the families we serve and end every day appreciative to have the opportunity to have such an impact. My passion is in growing the field of behavior analysis and supporting others in the field to achieve their goals which may include pursuing their RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA. I have mentored many individuals over the years and with each individual achieving their goals I am more energized to do it again and recruit the best talent into the field. In support of my passion to grow the field, community outreach is key. I have partnered with other community agencies, police departments, fire departments, emergency response teams, and park districts to better educate them on our work as well as to learn from them. In partnering with a variety community providers, I continue to learn about the unique barriers they experience and the supports they may need from the community. Building these relationships has proven to be mutually beneficial and incredibly rewarding.
