REEF is an environment where a child will continue to develop traits of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Learner Profile utilized during the school day. The REEF program is defined by the elements of the acronym Responsibility, Education, Exercise, and Fun through free play. We believe it is of the utmost importance that children learn to do the right thing even when no one is looking, to be open to learning even though the school day is over, to strengthen both mind and body through exercise, and most of all have fun!

ABOUT ELIZABETH TEUBL REICH
Healthy culture isn\'t an accident; it’s by design. I specialize in Behavioral Strategy where clinical psychology meets organizational health. My passion is to help transform the future of the workplace to be more data driven and trauma informed in the people part of work, one executive offsite at a time. With a background in Journalism (B.A), Human Services Counseling (M.A.) and doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology, I bring a practitioner’s lens to the workplace, grounded in behavioral science. My specialty is the ability to decode the often \"unseen\" behavioral and systemic dynamics at play when I walk into a room. I help leaders identify what\'s holding them back and equip them with data driven, clear, simple tools to break through \"ceilings\" and reach goals with confidence.Through my affiliations with Leap Development and Brian Jones Consultants, I leverage the Table Group\'s Working Genius and Predictive Index frameworks to design environments and experiences where leaders and their teams say,\"okay, this actually works and wasn\'t a waste of my time\".As an aside, my greatest joy is giving back to the community by setting aside a few afternoons a month to design and lead safe classroom learning environments for local schools. There, I equip elementary students in frustration tolerance, EQ and conflict resolution —building the foundational skills they need as emerging leaders.Recommended Reads: The Advantage, Necessary Endings, Multipliers, Everyone Culture, Immunity to Change, The Body Keeps the Score.
