Open to work as Administrative Assistant in any field, special interest in Human Resources as a coordinator or assistant.Current work experience includes Respite Work and In-Home Service Support Provider.Previous experience includes HRIS and Coordinator in Human Resources.On the weekend, Elizabeth works as a therapeutic dance instructor via her program, A Dance Class For Me! Based on Autism Movement Therapy, it is a class for students who are autistic or have any other issue like Sensory Processing Disorder that prevents them from participating in \"typical\" dance class. Perhaps a student\'s behavior interferes with the class or the student cannot wear dance clothes or tolerate the music. In A Dance Class For Me! the student\'s behavior is not an issue, they can wear whatever they can move in, and they learn how to tolerate with the music. Elizabeth has been teaching dance for many years has been an Autism Movement Therapy Provider for 7 years. This class is suitable for non-verbal moderate to severe autistic students, this class has many extraordinary benefits. By learning to tolerate my little dance world in a dance room the students learn they are in a safe space. They move on their own without assistance or hand over hand manipulation. As the weeks go on, every attempt to dance with me is celebrated. Their only job is to copy the instructor. In the process their brains are stimulated and challenged. Because of neuroplasticity new neural pathways are created, these new pathways encourage communication between the left and right hemisphere of the brain. Along with learning movement their brain makes new connections which may actually encourage speech.Classes are in Irvine, CA.
