About Elizabeth Ropati
My whole career has been about building what didn\'t exist yet. Over 11 years at a multi-site organization, I built leadership development pathways, redesigned onboarding from the ground up, led a full LMS transformation, and helped executives turn big-picture people goals into something that actually worked in the field. I became the person they called when something needed to get done and done right.I\'ve also worked at the enterprise level, designing Emerging and Advanced Leadership Programs for a large-scale multi-country manufacturing organization, the kind of work that shapes who leads next.In 2024 I went independent. I now consult with organizations on learning strategy, curriculum architecture, and performance systems while completing my Executive MBA at Xavier University (December 2026).I love the work. Listening to what people actually need, making operations run better, building systems that everyone from the front line to the leadership team can be proud of.I’m currently exploring Director-level Learning & Organizational Development, Training, and People Strategy opportunities, with openness to relocation for the right leadership role.
