This includes manual audit of the booking system of both Client Specific Rates and API Preferred quarterly and all data in an effort to assure consistent visibility in the Hotelexpress system. Total responsibility for ensuring the RFP results are documented in the company Salesforce database and Corporate Travel presentation in an accurate, detailed oriented manner and the presentation meets the needs of the client revenue goals of API. Evaluate destination needs for entire portfolio or per airline requirement, analyze market conditions and assure market research is conducted prior to specific negotiations to achieve the discounted inventory in designated cities and amenities in an effort to offer maximum discounts for clients and API employees.
