As a founding administrator at TAPA: Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts, I designed, built, and continue to nurture a thriving urban charter school. At TAPA we have attained academic and artistic greatness through consensus, collaboration and a culturally responsive approach to teaching and learning. Together with teachers, students, parents, and the greater RI Arts and Education community, I have made TAPA into a vibrant arts school that is recognized for its culture of respect, responsibility and results.
