ABOUT ELIZABETH REEVES

I am an experienced manager specializing in Human Resources and Employee Benefits. I earned my Professional in Human Resources designation in June, 2013. I completed my Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management in April, 2015. My experience includes HR / managing corporate benefits (6+ years), working as an insurance broker (12 years) and working for insurance carriers (7 years). During that time, I have had experience conducting annual open enrollment, plan administration, managing and designing employee benefit programs of all kinds, managing fully insured and self-insured plans, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts and oversight of defined compensation and defined benefit plans. I have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of an organization and externally to the organization; to work well either independently or as part of a team; to take an analytical approach to problem solving; to be flexible in dynamic situations. I maintain strict confidence in all situations. I am very customer-centric; detail oriented; administratively wired; and able to manage large projects effectively. I am a quick learner with a good work ethic who is self-motivated, level-headed and flexible.
