About Elizabeth Pfeiffer

Ms. Pfeiffer is a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting focusing on energy, water and infrastructure solutions for government clients. She has managed a variety of projects for international clients in emerging markets: energy, access to finance, electricity markets, power and water project development and infrastructure public private partnerships, critical minerals, and climate change including forestry and solid waste management. She has a particular passion for delivering solutions to bring together the private sector with the public sector and diverse actors to tackle challenging infrastructure and development challenges. She has served as the Co-Lead for Energy, Water and Climate for International Development Organizations for Deloitte US. She has worked throughout Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Central Asia, as well as on U.S. federal-level domestic energy and climate strategies for US Navy and DOE. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
