Deliver sustainable recommendations by assessing client needs to determine the best strategy to achieve real results Spearheaded the effort to create a global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) onboarding curriculum for a medical device manufacturer. Used a blended training approach that included a series of interactive classroom and eLearning modules to ensure new hires are prepared for potential risks they may encounter on the job. Designed and developed instructor led training on business process reengineering that gave participants hands-on experience applying the key learnings throughout the four-day course. Facilitated sessions for a leading solutions provider to train over 35 key members of the Global Supply Chain. Created a change management curriculum that educates change delivery owners on their role in change management using their own projects to begin applying the strategies and techniques being trained. Managed the change management strategy to drive adoption of a new contract lifecycle management platform at a large health insurance provider. Reengineered processes to gain efficiencies. Used a series of microlearning videos to introduce concepts and system functionality. Trained over 200 direct end users in over five locations.
