Underwrite FHA, VA, various DAPs programs for first time homebuyers, FHA Streamline refinances, Non-QM. Underwrite 2-4 unit properties, condominiums, manufactured housing, while in the process adhering to Agency, Overlays and QC guidelines. Issue notices of value (NOVs) for VA appraisals. Communicate with Appraisers regarding any property issues. Set and clear all prior to documents / UTR - Underwriter prior to Funding conditions. Qualify Borrowers in order to meet, credit, income and asset guidelines. Identify any red flags, utilize, Fraud Guard /CoreLogic, Mavent, downgrade to “manual underwrite”, if required. Analyze all appraisals, in relation to market conditions. Utilize DU, LP, verify all findings from initial to final approval. Justify loan decision on final Transmittal Loan Summary, for all loan types, products / programs, verify Transmittal matches Final AUS, and all findings are adhered to. Clear all prior to funding conditions as a priority throughout the day. I am always cognizant of prioritization and time management to provide the utmost excellent customer service.
