Betsy Perdue is a now-retired partner in Holland & Knight\'s Chicago office, and was co-leader of the H&K ESOP practice team. Nationally recognized for her experience in ESOPs and ESOP finance, Betsy represented privately held companies, lenders, trustees, and private equity firms in structuring and implementing ESOP transactions. Betsy has been named by Crain\'s Chicago Business as one of 2016\'s Most Influential Women Lawyers in Chicago.
