My role focuses on providing cultural specific training and development for our team of graduate and postgraduate Heritage Assistants who are starting off in their heritage careers. I arrange drop in sessions on different themes including writing CVs and LinkedIn. I provide one to one mentoring around careers developments. I am working on new strands of work including Young Routes into Cultural Careers to explore ways for young people to access opportunities into cultural careers.

ABOUT ELIZABETH PAYCE
I am a woman who has experienced many of life’s ups and downs. I have felt stuck in the repetitive routine which made me wish to hide from the world. I have now woken up and wondered how I managed to get to where I am today, with a career and a business. How I did not recognised the woman I had become and how I have achieved so much. I recognise that I was very unhappy and needed to find a way to make serious changes. To put is simply, I was slowly and surely dying from the inside. I felt sad, rejected and invisible. Can you resonate with this? What turned me around? I embarked on a challenging and inspirational journey of transformation. This journey ignited my passion to inspire and guide other women in the 40s and 50s to embark on their own journey of transformation. To create exciting new chapters full of amazing opportunities where they put themselves centre stage of their lives. I will then guide, support inspire you s we work together to plan your exciting new chapter and turn your dreams into your reality. • The women I work with are mostly in their 40s and 50s and at a crossroads in life for many reasons • They may be divorces, free, independent and single again • They may now have grown up children, so no full time parent responsibilities • They may have been passed over promotion, time and time again. • They may have been caring for elderly parents, relatives or friends who have now passed • They are feeling lost, stuck in a boring job, invisible, worthless and frustrated.
