I have been in business development with Avery Partners for two years. I am responsible for overseeing the process of our business development within the company to promote longevity. Depending on the industry, the day-to-day tasks, and strategies to achieve this goal will vary, but the overall mission remains the same. At Avery, we thrive to make our clients feel at ease by providing quality ideas and great candidates to help make your business better! As a business development expert, focusing on the big picture without losing site of the details is a key factor to my success. My specialties include manufacturing, engineering, and information technology. Our sweet spots range anywhere from skilled laborers, management level, as well as C-level.I start off my process by performing research, collecting data and learning more about target markets. I then engage the information I’ve gathered to developing a relationship with my clients and strengthening their trust. Each business or industry will have its own specific needs for development but having access to the right professionals can build that growth potential.
