As Treasurer of Delta Iota Gamma, I oversee all financial operations for the nation’s first and only fraternity dedicated to anthropology and archaeology. My responsibilities include- Managing the fraternity’s full budget, including tracking expenses and income- Collecting member dues and processing donations- Creating profit strategies through fundraising and event planning- Organizing and reporting all incoming contributions and outgoing costs- Making all official purchases on behalf of the fraternity- Preparing and submitting budget proposals for events, trips, and organizational needsThrough this role, I’ve developed strong financial management, organizational, and strategic planning skills, all while supporting a unique community dedicated to the study of human history and culture.
