I am a Person-Centered therapist who works with adult individuals to explore the obstacles that are preventing them from living authentically. I support clients in developing psychological and physical fitness, emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy and reciprocity in relationships. I use a holistic and integrative approach that draws from Attachment Theory, the Erikson human development model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology.
