With over 12 years of experience in leading and managing procedures and therapeutics at MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world\'s most respected cancer centers, I am a passionate and visionary healthcare leader and strategist. I have a strong background in clinical value analysis, early and disruptive innovation introduction in an oncologic setting. Heavily involved in clinical research trials. I have oversee the financial health and strategic planning of perioperative services, including 45 ORs over three locations. We also oversight includes OR, Pacu, endoscopy, pulmonary and vascular access procedures. In addition business support areas coordination including sterile processing, materials management, scheduling services, finance, and administrative teams. As the Associate Vice President of Procedures and Therapeutics, I am responsible for advancing patient-centered care, research, education, and prevention through strategic planning, design and technology that supports and improves the health care delivery and outcomes. I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion among our staff, patients, and partners, and I am always looking for new ways to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of our services and outcomes.
