Executive Leadership • Member of the Executive Leadership Team (ETL) that individually and as a team, hold the ultimate accountability for the financial performance of the organization. • Contributed to creating the Drake University Executive Leadership Program and introducing the program to EMC\'s leadership team to support transformation and accelerated growth. • Maximize resources by integrating multiple areas, including Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Change Management, Corporate Strategy, Data Analytics, and Innovation into one People Strategies Team, utilizing a new structure that allows for a more holistic, comprehensive approach. • Mobilize leadership on implementing a corporate-wide change management methodology to achieve organizational strategic goals enabling the business to succeed and improve team member experience. People & Culture • Lead and optimize people-centered strategies focusing on values and behaviors to ensure talent contributes to bottom-line results and organizational value. • Manage the HR service delivery model to leverage HR business partners, improving effectiveness, consistency, equity, and reducing inefficiencies and redundancies. • Champion and influence an inclusive environment through diversity and equity initiatives. • Foster a coaching culture that supports continuous learning and development and a growth mindset. • Align team members\' work to the organization\'s strategic plan by improving team member goal setting, enhancing the performance review process, and revamping the employee recognition program. Human Resources Management • Oversee and guide the leadership teams accountable for talent management, succession planning, recruiting and retention, engagement, compensation, benefits, payroll, health and wellness, learning and development, employee relations, and legal and compliant employment practices. • Oversee $250MM budgets.
