ABOUT ELIZABETH MORRISON
I\'m the co-creator of The Lay Counselor Academy, a learning and development program that teaches people without degrees or licenses to do mental health counseling. I have a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and am certified as a Master Addiction Counselor. My team and I are laser-focused on expanding access to high-quality, empathic mental health care. We are doing this in two ways: 1) Training people in The Lay Counselor Academy and 2) Providing mental health services to employees, through employer-based contracts.
