Liz Meiley is currently Director, Process, Workflow, and Automation for IBM Consulting Workforce Management. In this role, she identifies, proposes, and drives to completion highly transformational initiatives which enable radical process simplification, build end to end process automation, and increase productivity. Liz leads a diverse, global team.In prior roles she gained experience in multiple aspects of a complex, global enterprise, including offering development, complex solution profitability, sales productivity and capacity, P&L management, strategy development, global sourcing, and centralized process execution. Liz has a passion for making the complex simple, and the simple scalable. Her proudest moments as a leader come when members of her team take a risk, and surprise themselves with the level of results they can achieve when they trust in their abilities.
