About Elizabeth Meade
President of a small liberal-arts college, primarily for women, with FTE enrollment of 1338, 77 full-time faculty and 151 full-time staff, an annual budget of $50M, and an endowment of $33M. Implemented a guaranteed study-abroad program that takes the entire sophomore class to a common destination, fully funded by the College. As Provost, developed and implemented a retention initiative that resulted in a 15 point increase in our first-year retention rate from 2012 to 2017. Overseen $12.5M in campus building and renovations, most recently the building of a new athletic field and Center for Diversity and Global Engagement.
