   Chief Growth Officer driving BWT’s growth across the Federal Sector. Responsibilities include building and setting the firm’s strategic objectives for the next 10 years. Ms. Mahan acted as a catalyst to drive cultural and organizational change through marketing, sales, product development and finance to grow the firm’s business across the federal landscape. She established a Business Development Cell to oversee marketing strategy, branding, market trends, and strategic partnerships, while analyzing customer interaction and buyer behaviors. Using her key understanding of her customers, she is creating and implementing strategies across the business that maximize customer loyalty, increase retention, and enhance revenue. Successfully stood up a Proposal Cell to drive opportunity identification, pipeline management, capture, and proposal response. She built a governance structure in the Proposal Cell to make bid/no bid decisions and conduct gate reviews, established growth metrics, and is developing talented leaders to execute her vision. In the first 6 months of operation, results include: identified 119 new opportunities worth $2.8B in potential revenue and won 46% of all new pursuits.
