ABOUT ELIZABETH DEARDORFF
Elizabeth has been working in the therapeutic industry with young adults, adolescents, couples and families since 2010. She focuses on the neuroscience of trauma and how it connects with our entire selves- mind, body and emotions - within her therapeutic approach. She is trained in Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Utilizing the understanding of neuroscience, somatic awareness, mindfulness and attachment to work with her clients she works with the entire person in a humanistic approach. Elizabeth is passionate about understanding the whole self and how we integrate the science of the brain, body and emotional health. Within the healing work, she emphasizes attunement, compassion, empowerment & self exploration- understanding that no matter what age we are, we are forever growing, evolving and have the potential to have joy.
