ABOUT ELIZABETH LIBRIZZI

When I joined AllianceBernstein in 2019, I took on the challenge of creating a corporate access role that historically, did not exist. Starting with a blank slate, I led a dedicated team and collaborated with 30 investment teams globally, resulting in top rankings and meaningful cost savings. I developed a centralized process for coordination, which significantly improved transparency and drove stakeholder understanding. In 2024, I took on a similar challenge when I created the role of Global Head of Relationship Management for Investments. In this role, I have been tasked with collaborating across the Investments organization to create a holistic view of AllianceBernstein\'s external relationships to help better leverage our market presence and form more strategic relationships. Before joining AllianceBernstein, my career took me through pivotal roles at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. At Credit Suisse, as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Access US, I managed a team that grew non-deal roadshows by 15% amidst a challenging market environment. At Morgan Stanley, as Head of Corporate Access North America, I led a team to a substantial increase in business, ensuring seamless global coordination and achieving top rankings in industry polls (II, Extel).I am a steady, thoughtful leader known for bringing clarity, integrity, and high-quality execution to complex work. With a grounded, practical approach, I excel in environments that value collaboration, clear expectations, and meaningful results. I communicate directly and authentically, building trust through consistency, accountability, and follow-through.
