My passions lie in the intersection of creativity and data: strategic storytelling. In my current position in Digital Marketing at Delaware North, I collaborate with enterprise partners in marketing, sales, and operations to create campaigns that raise brand awareness, retarget digital engagements, and generate revenue through ticket sales, tour bookings, or hotel reservations. Through data analysis in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, I evaluate how campaigns and audiences are performing to adjust variables as needed. My experiences in paid social media, analytics, social listening, and copywriting lend to my ability to tell the story of a product or service in a way that will resonate with a target customer. I have initiated digital marketing campaigns to promote guest experiences at key properties, conducted research to adjust audience targeting across the enterprise, and analyzed performance data at all steps of the marketing funnel for revenue-generating campaigns to improve future outcomes. I am driven self-starter who strongly believes in the value of personal development, collaboration, and the Oxford comma. I am a self-proclaimed City of Buffalo Enthusiast who is ecstatic about the city’s resurgence.
