Pride myself on being a strategic thinker who balances thought leadership with strong results. Great people skills, self-motivator, problem solver, excel at organizing conferences at various locations and ensuring (far or near) all flows nicely and are cost effective. Assist with preparation of presentation materials/building graphs. Prepare travel information containing regional reports/profit analysis for Agency visits. Work with HR related issues, moves, new hires, and performance evaluations. I serve my group as a technical LSO - Local Software Officer. Connect folks via videoconferencing with many locations throughout the US, UK and Canada, scheduling our associates with All Employee calls (150+) for updates, and various other top priority assignments, plus International travel. Represent FI Bond as a United Way Giving Program member for all events. Member/volunteer of The Women\'s Diversity Network here at Travelers and serve as an Event\'s Planner within the group.
