About Elizabeth Lange

Lizzie Lange is a partner in Faegre Drinker’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group and Co-Lead of the firm\'s ESG practice. Lizzie represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, venture investing, corporate governance, ongoing compliance with federal securities laws and general business counseling. Lizzie participated in the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) project to harmonize various uniform business entity acts and is a contributing author for the Corporate Attorney’s Practice Guide. Lizzie has written extensively on benefit corporations and social entrepreneurship, and was named a \"B Corp Champion\" in 2011 and 2012. Lizzie was named a \"Lawyer on the Fast Track\" in 2013 by the Legal Intelligencer. Lizzie is a member of the firm\'s Women\'s Committee. In General. Lizzie is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL). She is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Association for Corporate Counsel and an active supporter of City Year. Lizzie received her bachelor\'s degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, and her J.D, cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2009, where she was a staff member of the Temple Law Review.
