I have a strong client base in many industries including airlines, advertising and media, IT, financial services.I carry out advisory work, including on restrictive covenants, confidentiality, executive terminations, trade union recognition and industrial relations. Working in an international firm means we have many clients who need coordinated advice across different jurisdictions which we can provide from within the firm.I work on the contentious side of things too - I am often in the employment tribunal, and have several reported cases in the EAT and Court of Appeal.
