ABOUT ELIZABETH KREPPEL

I’m currently part of the Dancing Greens Farm team, a women-owned small-scale sustainable farm in Great Barrington, MA. I embrace an all-hands-on-deck approach, supporting the team in every capacity. I split my time between working in the field and driving business goals behind the scenes. Whether assisting with daily operations or stepping in to learn entirely new skills, I bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever necessary. I firmly believe in having a growth mindset and being a life long learner, which has helped me navigate unfamiliar roles and make meaningful contributions to the farm\'s success. Prior to joining the farm, I worked as a people generalist at Ericsson until fall 2023. Before that, I participated in the Rotation and Mentorship Program (RAMP) at Ericsson, where I completed three rotations as a project manager.
