Designed and launched a new online member engagement platform for a global community of immunization professionals (boostcommunity.org), attracting nearly 1,300 members during the first year of operation in 2020 (now at members)-Facilitate the implementation of self-paced and live virtual courses on community activation and adaptive leadership, managing all aspects from participant recruitment to course certification -Develop pricing model for platform services and pitch services to partners to ensure sustainability of program beyond initial project timeline-Oversee the collection, drafting, and publication of more than 25 innovative immunization interventions from over 10 countries-Manage staff, consultants and vendors as well as collaborate with internal teams to strengthen programming and extend reach of global network.
