Running a small hotel in Unapool. Responsible for everything alongside my chef partner. A beautiful lodge in Unapool called Newton Lodge. Temporary contract to assist after the last management team left quickly. We have had exceptional reviews and really enjoyed looking after all of our guests this summer with exceptional food and service in a stunning location. The lodge closes the end of October.
