My contributions included researching and implementing software solutions that bolstered interdepartmental cohesion. Previously, at Blue Raven Solar, my commitment to performance management was evidenced through owning mission-critical KPIs and driving work quality. I spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives, educating new hires on essential tools, and leading teams to prioritize high-impact projects. With a natural proficiency in training, project planning, and event planning, I am poised to apply these competencies to future endeavors that make a meaningful difference in the child welfare sector.
