Audit, evaluate, and consolidate existing user feedback to assess content related to NASA data assets, workflows, and resources to improve usability of NASA data assets -Develop and deploy procedures and strategies for community engagement, based upon continuous improvement models for implementing on-going approaches to improving user engagement with data assets-Provide support and assistance to data users (i.e, Researchers, Practical Data Users, Tool Developers, Data Providers, Novice Data Users, Grantee (proposer & recipient) Organizational consumers, and Science-attentive public) with identifying data for their specific needs-Craft web-based content using innovative strategies and across the enterprise to address documented needs from end-users-Work collaboratively with subject matter experts from a variety of backgrounds such as Earth science, technology, data science, information management, etc.(within and beyond the enterprise) to ideate, innovate, test, review, and evaluate solutions-Develop a working-level knowledge of NASA Earth science data systems, policies, and standards-Leverage 21st Century procedures (technologies and interdisciplinary expertise) to identify problems and solutions to help make NASA assets more accessible, efficient, and useful. This includes but is not limited to machine learning/AI, Library science (taxonomies, ontologies, and information architecture)-Work collaboratively with ESDS projects to develop and promote content for conference workshops and sessions-Work collaboratively with communications teams and working groups across NASA’s Earth Science Division, NASA\'s Applied Sciences Program, STEM Engagement (i.e, MUREP, Space Grant, etc.), Science Activation, and others-Maintain websites using Drupal content management system-Evaluate and continuously update tasks and goals using project management tools that are shared across the team.
