Responsible for the planning, programming, budgeting, and fiscal execution within Science & Technology Division. Support the identification, evaluation, and integration of militarily useful government and/or commercial technologies into the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory/Future Directorate program of concept-based experimentation. Conduct oversight of all financial management processing, to include long range and short-term budget and planning, project management plans, contract administration, procurement packages, and execution/contract management.
