In today\'s Smart Infrastructure sector, the shortage of skilled talent is growing. Many highly knowledgeable automation specialists, managers and executives are reaching retirement age, and the sheer volume of job creation is accelerating as building systems become more integrated and complex. Cybersecurity threats and AI advancements contribute to fast changing protocols and building strategies. Integrators and OEMs can\'t afford to not constantly upskill their teams, and add to them. Until ASP was formed, those same employers struggled with how to train staff in our unique industry, and bring new qualified candidates in from outside the industry. I\'m passionate about helping small to large businesses in the Smart Infrastructure space meet their workforce challenges, and with ASP, Inc, I\'m connecting employers with workforce solutions unique to our controls industry.
