XRA is the trusted source for policy makers and thought leaders on immersive technologies. Provide advocacy on behalf of the industry (i.e. developing a strategy to amend the Chips & Science Act to include immersive technologies). Co-produce an annual policy conference for immersive technology which features members of congress, government officials, industry representatives, and thought leaders. Generate a significant library of products including developer’s best practice guides, market research infographics on the challenges and opportunities of XR within a particular vertical, and “comic book” style primers to explain how the technology works and what tools are available to advance safety, well-being and privacy of users in immersive environments. Effectively manage the organization, growing the annual budget, managing staff, ensuring member engagement through ongoing committee and working group meetings and events, spearheading multistakeholder convenings, and leading an engaged board of directors. ’.
