As Director of Platform & Member Experience at Embarc Collective, I design and lead the experiences that support founders at every stage of their startup journey. Embarc Collective is a nonprofit innovation hub serving 125+ tech startups across Florida, providing the coaching, programming, and community founders need to scale with intention.In my role, I oversee Embarc Collective’s expert coaching platform, responsive founder programming, and holistic member experience. I work closely with founders, coaches, and investors to ensure startups have access to personalized guidance, tactical resources, and meaningful connections that accelerate growth. From 1:1 coaching and peer learning to workshops, founder forums, and curated moments of connection, my focus is on building systems and experiences that truly meet founders where they are.At the core of my work is a commitment to creating an inclusive, high-touch environment where entrepreneurs feel supported, challenged, and connected. I believe that strong companies are built when you start with support for the founder, building trust, community, and access to the right expertise at the right time—and I’m proud to help shape a platform that empowers founders to build scalable, sustainable businesses.
