ABOUT ELIZABETH HOLDER

I joined CACI in April 2019 and serve as a Senior Business Development Executive, supporting a key IC organization. Prior to this, I worked at KeyW, where I served as the Director/Mission Integration Division. Our work is in the IC and we are looking to broaden our footprint in this demanding, challenging and critical government space.Prior to KeyW, I worked for A-T Solutions, which became PAE and then Amentum. Both of these companies are defense contractors, based in the WDC, with worldwide clients and business partners. My government career was with the Central Intelligence Agency. I retired in January 2013, as an Executive Manager (SIS-04) in the Directorate of Operations of the CIA.I have deep experience in leadership and management, running large and complicated programs, including all aspects of people and programs - resources to include budgets, strategies on growth, hiring, staffing, training, career development, assignments, promotion and evaluation, OEEO and workplace issues. I am a senior leader with well developed stratetgic planning, critical thinking and problem solving abilities on a wide range of topics and issues. I have strong representational, briefing and influencing skills, working across the functional and business lines, both domestically and internationally, within the CIA and the Intelligence Community (IC).
